With modesty in my mind, I feel that I have been fairly doing well in steering ‘Rajsi’ on an exciting growth track. I believe that my knowledge in international business from Melbourne Business School Melbourne Business School, together with my professional experience with infinancial management, has enabled me to take strategic decisions that have led to positive outcomes.
Whether it is achieving cost optimization through smart fiscal planning or scaling up automation, rolling out innovative HR policies or implementing an efficient administrative workflow, I owe my success to the valuable knowledge and global exposure I gained at Deutsche Bank Operations International (DBOI).
Today, as I head a fast growing, multi-million dollar business group, I aspire to make our brand a respectable global and domestic brand that people would like and trust.

The University of Melbourne
I still remember the 9th of November, 2015 so vividly - it was the day I got my visa. I was anxiously waiting to experience life at the prestigious Melbourne Business School. I was aware of the fact that leaving India and visiting Australia for work
and for my Master’s would not be an easy task, but I pushed myself to get out of my comfort zone and accept it as a challenge.
I encountered some culture shock initially as it was my first experience overseas. The extended travel became too much for me; at one point, I almost decided to take the next flight out of Melbourne International.
But my perseverance got the better of me and I hanged on. However, I soon realized that going overseas was truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity; I couldn't give up mid-way just like that. So,
I decided to stay on and come back home with an active and open mind.
Studying and working at MBS has taught me to appreciate how life is an endless learning process and being there has totally changed the way I tackle challenges.
I think the cultural diversity and ethos of forward-thinking at MBS have played a crucial role in helping me achieve my long-term goals, by allowing me to broaden my horizons and nurture lifelong relationships with interesting
people from all over the world.
Kakao Talk
My research of KakaoTalk as a topic for the Made in Korea No.1 Brand is an appearance of new business model. The reason why I chose KakaoTalk is because it has an infinite
potential. While researching I sense of checking market trends. The lesson I studied in this case is fickle market and poured with myriad of information. When I proceed with any project,
I have to sense the timing and to understand exactly the situation of the market, I learned while working on project like KakaoTalk.
The objective of this study was to get feedback from the University regarding my learning experiences while doing the research for Korean Company. Although, I highlighted several difficulties and challenges, the results had shown that I
learned important skills such as how to detect and solve problems, review literature, select a suitable methodology, gather and analyze data. The responses also highlighted the four main skills that I gained while doing the project. Those
were time management, learning ability, problem solving skills and personal growth. In addition, I also felt that I was able to integrate the knowledge gained from my undergraduate years into the successful completion of project, thus meeting the
objective of the Korean Company. Since this was one of my best project to determine the success.
Deutsche Bank
Working at DBOI Global Services Pvt. Ltd. turned out to be the best part of my professional career. As a senior financial
analyst with the Company’s Custody Department for Singapore based clients, London Client Services and Trade Support for the Middle-East capital market, I gained actionable
insights and deep experience. I was tasked up to manage the entire operation cycle of funding & payments of clients as well as agents. My work helped to improve process efficiency by
standardizing end-to-end process life cycles. Clients enjoyed tangible results, month-after-month: bad debts turned into profitable revenue!
Over the 2 years at DBOI Global Services, I handled key responsibilities, including supporting the Middle East Market
and leading multiple process assignments of different regions for the Singapore market and Multi Market Access (MMA) Team. Owing to my positive performance, I received a bit of praise as well: Employee of the Month, Team of the Month,
and Spot Award for Outstanding Performance.
University of Pune
I grew up in a very humble city of Pune in India, where I completed my bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Being a top of the class student in high school, I was always very much fascinated in money management & business
affairs. The bachelors program gave me an excellent platform to channel my focus towards financial management as my
specialization. I did excel in my bachelor’s education.
Being a graduate student at University of Pune was one of the best things that happened to my career. I started
concentrating my focus on money matters for Investments. I studied courses all across the channel to get the breadth and
depth of the matter. By this time, I had realized that business administration was my passion, so I decided not to pursue
further research. Towards the end of my bachelor’s degree, I got an offer of employment from various companies alike ADP
and DBOI (Deutsche Bank Operations International). To gain an intense learning of financial market I choose to go with
DBOI as a senior financial analyst where I accepted that position as an interesting and very challenging.
Piece of Steer for today’s generation: When you fail, you should look for the reason of failure. The reason will make you understand your weaknesses. Accordingly, you will improvise and succeed – steadily but surely.
Friendly advice for fresh graduates, after their two years of rigorous cramming
After getting my Master’s degree from Melbourne Business School in 2017, I decided to expand my family business internationally as well as domestically. However, this two-year patch in the business school world was filled with sudden twists and turns and ample of challenging lessons.
I had realized that these lessons would be for my own good sake after my graduation. In this context, I would like to share some pragmatic advice for those of you are in this phase of life.
I have an everlasting desire to travel; I am one of those people who are bitten by the travel bug. With my deep passion for world travel, I keep taking off to fanciful destinations. These travels are more than flight journeys and cab rides; they are treasured experiences where I get positive vibes, understand new cultures, taster different cuisines, and learn about business styles and attire. It would be an understatement to say that foreign cities have a magnetic hook on me.
So Far, My Travels Have taken me to
Of course, there are many more exciting places which I have resolved to tick off my bucket list soon.
As much as foreign travel excites me, so does going off on a long bike ride back home. Whether it is a smooth highway where I vroom with wind in my hair or a bumpy, dusty track in the hinterlands, I simply enjoy biking!
Learning is a life-long experience. With this fact deeply rooted in mind, I strive to constantly upgrade my skills and abilities. From reading up thought leadership blogs to attending industry workshops,I endeavor to be a better business person and a more mature individual than before. Like every human soul in this world, I have had hiccups in my life. However, the philosophies of Steve Jobs and Jack Ma have given me the inner strength to overcome challenges and keep up the momentum. I find inspiration in the life and times of successful individuals; entrepreneurs, thought leaders, innovators and maverick people who have had the gumption to tread new paths. I also pursue the pathbreaking work of global corporations, who have reinforced the thought: the extraordinary begins where the ordinary ends.
